Frequently Asked Questions About Our Home Care Plans

Find answers to common questions about our personalized home support services in Wichita.

Question

What’s included in the inspection reports?

Reports include photos, notes on anything that’s wearing out or failing, and clear recommendations when a licensed specialist should be brought in. Essential Care gets an annual “mini-report,” while Complete Care and Premium Concierge get more detailed bi-annual documentation.

Question

Do you diagnose or perform code-level inspections?

No. These visits are preventive maintenance checks, not real-estate transaction inspections or engineering/electrical diagnostics. If a red flag comes up, you’ll know exactly what was observed and which professional to call before it becomes a bigger (and more expensive) issue.

Question

Can I adjust my care plan over time?

Absolutely. We are have to review plans to adapt to changing needs or preferences.

Question

What counts as a “small fix” in the Premium Concierge plan?

Small fixes are quick, simple tasks that prevent minor problems from turning into major repairs — tightening loose railings, adjusting cabinets, lubricating doors, basic weatherproofing, replacing a few screws/fasteners, etc. Labor is included for up to two hours per month. Materials or complex repairs are billed separately.
